Buenas Dias from La Paz.
Here are some photos of the storm during and after. The gray cloud photo was taken by a meteorologist friend from La Paz looking across the bay to my area. The pink cloud photo was taken by me looking back at La Paz from my terrace.
We have had thunderstorms every day for a week. We only received badly needed rain on the last three days. These are typical of the tropics. They come roaring in, the sky darkens, the thunder roars, the heavens open, the arroyos flood. And then the sky clears.

Still the climate deniers cling to their views! Beautiful photography.

(I just clicked on them and they opened) Magnificent! …and much like we’ve been experiencing here on the Blue Ridge of Virginia, USA 😉 3+ inches of rain in 45 minutes at one location - and not a drop seven miles away.. From Oregon, it’s still new to me, we’d often need three weeks of gloom to acquire that much rain ~
