*Christmas has always been a holiday celebrated carelessly. For millennia, pagans, Christians, and even Jews have been swept away in the season’s festivities, and very few people ever pause to consider the celebration’s intrinsic meaning, history, or origins.
Christmas celebrates the birth of the Christian god who came to rescue mankind from the “curse of the Torah.” It is a 24-hour declaration that Judaism is no longer valid.
Christmas is a lie. There is no Christian church with a tradition that Jesus was really born on December 25th.
December 25 is a day on which Jews have been shamed, tortured, and murdered.
Many of the most popular Christmas customs – including Christmas trees, mistletoe, Christmas presents, and Santa Claus – are modern incarnations of the most depraved pagan rituals ever practiced on earth.*

Tis the season...
I really don't usually like memes but this makes a point!
Lol. Yeah that's one I'll have to remember in case it comes up. Good one.
I wonder though if Christ is what's really missing. You know, the asshat who cursed a fig tree for not bearing fruit for him out of season. Who took a whip to people in the temple. Who said he came not to bring peace, but a sword, to set husband against wife and children against parents. Whoever is not with me is against me. And so forth.
Schizophrenically, the Bible also of course does depict Meek And Mild Jesus alongside Old Testament Jesus. I guess maybe OT Jesus or Firebrand Jesus is what most fundamentalists emulate, so they really need less Christ in their Christianity from that perspective.
I say, let's drop all the pretence of religion from Christmas. Let's acknowledge it for what it is, an American consumer holiday that is a beloved tradition of millions.
The better teachings of Christ and other great teachers embraced in an intuitive way would be alright.
