Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.The article doesn't mention whether Texans can vote by mail. I live in Arizona and get my ballot a couple of weeks before the election along with information about any propositions that are in play. I find this great as I can read over what these issues mean and make informed choices. I would hope this becomes standard everywhere.
