For those of you debating how to determine the credibility of Dr. Blasey-Ford, these are a couple of ways I tried to explain to a jury how to assess the sexual assault victim's testimony:
First, think about how you would feel telling 12 total strangers and in this case, the world, about a sexual experience you had. Would you subject yourself to such embarrassing scrutiny if it didn't happen? Second, and in this case, if she was lying, wouldn't she'd tell a better lie? For an instance that took place so long ago, it would be just as easy for her to say Kavanaugh raped her if she was going to lie. Plus she's provided a witness to the assault who could corroborate her story. Who would intentionally provide a name of a witness knowing full well that man would deny the incident? Who intentionally provides the name of someone who would question her story?
p.s. if you have questions about the facts, that's what investigations are for and they have witnesses that can be interviewed.
She is totally credible while Kavenaugh is clearly lying, he's crying and pathetic.
