I don't completely agree with that.. I think it's important.
what is vital is free press..
Imo Democracy will not crumble because Joe smith can't hand out hate speech pamphlets..

Why will determine if the pamphlet is hate speech or not?

@zesty the court system. Laws (as in majority rules) etc etc
If someone can prove harm in front of a jury, they have a right to be heard.

@hippydog A few years ago I was on a University committee. A Muslim professor complained - some other professors had too open dresses, it hurts her whatever. Actually it was not me, I dress conservatively at work. Do you think it makes any sense to spend our time with this kind of BS?
