Goat is pretty good in Middle-Eastern dishes. Mexican/Central American not so much.

@SkotlandSkye if both have a conciousness, then just what is the difference? How do you know what a plant, or more likely group of plants given their interconnectedness and what the science is starting to show, feels? How much they suffer? How much sap the plant bleeds before things go dark?
