OK, I know this is delicate but you can remove that, and I personally would remove that. What you do is have a friend tie regular sewing thread around the skin tag and tie it tight as possible. Close your eyes gently and have the friend cut off the excess sewing thread. The area may feel like it has been "pinched" but just leave it alone. In a few days the skin tag will rot off. You no longer have it of the thread. Presto! You are healed.
