I was ghosted by a potential date when I revealed I didn’t believe in astrology...lol. Her loss, my gain.
Again, the stars and moon have no bearing on you whatsoever!
Well she'd probably say they had a bearing on your relationship with her Confirmation bias being what it is and all ...
A neighbor lady (ironically married to a retired college professor) blurted out upon meeting my wife and I and asking our signs, that our relationship was doomed because our signs were incompatible. This was at a neighborhood party and said loudly enough that conversation stalled.
Today, 6 years later, the neighbor lady is dead and my wife and I are still very much together. So there.
Don't worry. You didn't lose much. I was never understanding of how Nancy Reagan could believe in such nonsense. I've studied all the "isms" in my younger life and I can say none of us are important enough to be affected by the stars. The stars and planets simply do not care.
silly, eh? "what's your sign" is a common pickup line; it's odd when it turns out to be a dealbreaker.
but what's ghosted?
(i'm not in the dating scene, so if it's a term relating to that, i am ignorant!)

I think you can pretty much figure out the term "ghosted" from the word itself and the context.
It's like blocking.
the practice of ending a personal relationship with someone by suddenly and without explanation withdrawing from all communication.
@SkotlandSkye i would still ask. sometimes things don't mean what they appear to mean. i don't think there was anything wrong with asking.

My understanding of "Ghosted",is to stop all communication with no warning.
