In 1988, my ex-husband, Terry, and I won the Monster Mash in Wenatchee, WA, in handmade, Rainbow Trout costumes. One thousand costumed people competed.
We won a trip to Reno. I consider gambling a waste of money.
Instead, we rented a car and drove to Lake Tahoe, where we had fun snowshoeing around the lake. On New Year's Eve, we loved The Pointer Sisters concert at Lake Tahoe.

Guy Fawkes was alive two years ago? Because I'm pretty sure if you dressed up as him two years ago: you'd be a headless skeleton.
I have a Guy Fawkes mask.
I could do this and just give matches for treats.
And just silently nod at the bewildered little faces.
