On Sept 7th I stopped working. On Sept 8th, early in the morning I took a walk. I walked 1/2 mile. I had no idea what my stamina or endurance would be. I was definitely not in any sort of shape, except round, round is a shape. Out of the last 28 days I have walked on 21 of them, and today managed over 4 miles. Yeah, I'm pretty pleased with my progress, I'm feeling much better. I'm kinda impressed with my endurance and stamina.

It's just for me. I have cat's and they disdain a leash. I've thought about getting a dog, but not until spring at the earliest.
Good for you. It can be really difficult to get back into that sort of thing.
