I started a list of atheist friendly TV shows: Seinfeld, Big Bang Theory, Southpark, Northern Exposure, Safe in Ohio.

'Gods' are repeatedly shown to be people manipulating technology or natural events, or malfunctioning technology, or aliens. None of the main characters is in any way religious except for one in the classic series, who learnt through experiences to disbelieve. The show always puts forward rationality over belief.

I am not so sure about Seinfeld. Jerry is Jewish and quite happy to go to Israel with his family and shoot Palestinians even though it was in a "game".
