For every arrest there is more than one version of the story and circumstances. I never been arrested in my life... Had I broken the Law of the Land? Yes... I am one of those that can call themselves "Lucky" beyond believe. I tried not to even run a stop sign or jaywalk now days. Been like that for many, many decades... In H.S. I dispensed amphetamines, barbiturates... I became an expert. That Holy Grail of "Qualude" was a second grade compared to "Sopor". I was living in the land where drugs scheduled to be used in the ameriKKKa were tested... Puerto Rico. I got it out of my system, I attended a Private College were the "pushers" agenda was not to get rich... but to get everybody "high". Many were already rich, you know. But let's go back to my story... An undercover agent, happened to be a female busted 27, 28, 32, 33... I can't remember the exact amount in the school. Busted the guy that was selling hot dogs outside the college gate (his sister and I were in the same class room in elementary school), busted the recently arrived newyoricans brothers (with their half spanish lingo). Busted one of my best friends that was attending college somewhere else and came looking for me one day and he happened to ask her if she knew me what of course she said yes, Busted a buddy of mine and neighbor from my basketball days childhood that offered me to be his room mate in an apartment he just got in "Condado", the premier tourist site in San Juan. I heard the stories of the "holding cell" everybody expecting me to show up as the arrestees starting to show up. At the end... Me horny me... didn't liked her (the undercover), she claimed to take a class with me, I never recalled her. I saw her once close to my group but I sure ignored her, she was not my type... she looked older than me... and lucky me, I had my hands busy with others. But to end my story of the 27, 28, 32, 33... not a single one was a known drug dealer... in the school or outside of the school... were users doing a favor to someone they thought they could get on her pants. All the 27, 28, 32, 33 were poor, yup, not a single rich guy got caught. Not a single girl got caught. As a matter of fact the investigation ended because the girls on the in campus dormitory were she was staying found out and spread the word quick of an undercover agent in the dormitory. I had lived a long life... sooner or later I will ran out of time on earth... I will never ran out of True Stories to tell of my time in here. But over 44 years later I still wonder how in the hell not a single Rich Guy got busted by that undercover agent! And what angel on my shoulder steer me away from Danger? There is more to one version to every arrest.

This is a conflicted story. She did get arrest for the school district thing.
She was charged with illegal drug selling. The injustice is black people get much harsher sentences than white people or latinos. Sentences can range and whites almost ALWAYS get a lesser sentence or probation with a fine or just nothing at all.
