Yes. Obviously, he designed the pyramids to be used for grain storage. That is why they are all over Iowa.

If there was a god why did it allow thousands to be enslaved and die in the building of the pyramids.

Thousands may have not died in pyramid building. It is now suspected that building the pyramids were not built by slaves, but by farmers and others in off seasons much like a government work program.
