I only eat boneless skinless chicken breast. My boys like the boneless skinless chicken thighs. Grilled some up last night.

I like breasts... But talking about chicken, I like thighs..

Thighs... Either BBQ or slow roasted on the grill. Though I also like slow roasting (2 hours) wings with a little garlic salt and lemon pepper. They come out as almost fried with less fat. Delicious!

I'm a recent convert from breast to thigh, especially if the thigh has been brined (water, salt & apple cider vinegar) with brown sugar, garlic, and onion and dry rubbed with some 'Buffalo' spices and charcoal grilled with some apple wood smoke.

Thigh. It's the tastiest part and I don't have to sit there and chew it for a fortnight.

wings, not enough meat. breast, too dry. leg, okay. thigh, the best. note it's not spelled "thy." and i can do without the breading!

Why the dark meat of course! All the dark meat. I have become sick and tired of dry and grainy chicken breast meat. I will roast a whole chicken and eat some of the white, but prefer the juicy dark meat. I have not purchased chicken breast meat in over a year now.
