I have been so stressed lately, I have been on short term disability and I have to have surgery, but the surgery could not be scheduled until December. I have been waiting and waiting for the disability to be approved, and almost 3 weeks later, it finally has! This is such a relief I can almost feel the weight coming off my chest.

This is only a short-term disability. I needed to get approved so that I could keep my job.
mazel tov! it took me 13 years to get on social security disability.
i hope your surgery goes well. mine is set for a couple weeks from now and i'm terrified.
