I think love as a word has lost all meaning and means too many different things. People use it as a trap or see it like some sort of magical thing. To me it seems like a vey empty thing to say romantically. Also puts weird pressures on the other person.

I say "fuck" a lot like A LOT. Love, eh... Significantly less...

It's the way they're used, not the words themselves. In the wrong context, they can be tiring; but in the right context and the right way, they can be extremely powerful.

“I loooove this song!” No, you just like it a lot.
“Omg, there’s Jimmy from the office, he’s so nice, I just love him” do you really? Would you forgive him if he ate your lunch in the fridge for a whole month? And you wondered for a month who was stealing your lunch and one day you caught him? No, you would not, and that’s not love.

Love is unconditional ... and yes just a word way overused and yes words lose their meaning. Like, “fuck” is barely a curse word anymore.
