1 degree Celsius here today, which is 33.8F - I'm sure all those of you from the chillier parts of the US will think that's not very cold at all!

OMG that is balmy. 0 degrees F when I got up, and 13F and snowing when I was driving home,
are Nebraska winters cloudy?

Sometimes, probably about 50/50. When it snows it is cloudy, and then the sun comes out and the glare blinds everyone. Driving is such a joy at rush hour.
