Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.A lot of people want the problem to be small and simple to solve.That elephant is big and has probably been there a long time and will be tough to get out. That getting it out would solve the problem has nothing to do with it. Pointing out the elephant is sometimes an easy way to get off of a committee, which keeps the gray hairs at a minimum and the bumps off your head.
