This the point I try to make to gop and trump supporters. I have gotten responses like, we're too generous as it is, or they won't take all that away, or marriage is one man one woman. and the real kicker? Rich people work hard for their money why should they give it all to the government.

I will vote as I always do... For who I think is best for the town, county, state or country.

In other words, "Vote as if you're human."

Those are good points, however, I prefer to say vote as if you care about all people no matter their differing perspectives. Vote as if you aren't the 1 percent to benefit from the tax cut and your children and grandkids will suffer the deficit. Vote as if you or a family member depends on Social Security. Vote as if you aren't a hypocritical evangelical willing to sacrifice your supposed morality. And so much more.
