If you live in a vote by mail state, it is too late to mail your ballot. You need to hand carry it to your local ballot box.
Google "ballot box location" followed by your zip cose in the search.
I'm from Seattle, and Washington is a vote-by-mail state. You have to have your ballot postmarked November 6 (a.k.a. the date of the election).
I too live in WA. However some of the other vote by mail states, such as OR, require a ballot be received by the end of election day. It may vary form state to state. I tis best to just ge the ballot there before the earliest known deadline.
In the Phoenix Arizona area, you can drop it off (or vote, for that matter) at any polling place in the same county.
