What are the greatest challenge minorities face?
(This is directed at minorities, but anyone can answer IG)
Being accepted as being equals, What some minorities do not realize is that requires adopting some common sense items like keeping your home neat , getting an education etc. We have several minorities living in our neighborhood and they are well liked and included in all neighborhood activities.
If you are an American, chances are you may mean racial/ethnic minorities, but I’m going to risk an answer that encompasses any minority, including atheists, for instance. Whichever we consider, I see twin challenges: The often unthinking “tyranny of the majority,” often based in feelings of entitlement or superiority and lack of understanding anyone different from themselves; and the need for minorities to organize and form coalitions/alliances with others to make up for smaller numbers and to get things done.
