Haiti has raped it's natural resources from day 1. With these people it seems one crisis after another and the rest of the world keeps trying to bail them out. Perhaps the lack of seriousness is a big part of the problem. How is it this half of the island has so many serious problems but the other half, while being poor, manages to survive?
