I have a problem with English and after chatting with two different people they helped me a great deal.There could be a name for it but that does not improve my abilities.
I miss words out use the incorrect grammar and have no chance of spelling some words the same way even after using it ten times in one day ,I have to use Google and spell check to get over a point..
Most are very supportive and can appreciate not all intelligence is based on the ability to write or be a nice person ,The ones with the most intelligence are sometimes the most arrogant where as the ones perhaps not as gifted are the nicest and preferable ones that should be on this site.

Perhaps English is not your first language, which could be why your statement above is so badly written and punctuated.

Alternatively, you could just be taking the piss.

Being legally blind, i don't always catch all of my typos. I kow there are at least half dozen other visually impaired persons on the site. So, I don't automatically assume that a person with a lot of typos is "thick." I do find fragmented sentences pretty darn annoying though.
