What are some good companies to work for, mostly regarding culture?

I'm not happy in my current role as the manager of a technical support department as the leadership team at my and directly above my level is unfortunately extremely petty and immature. They are more concerned with pointing fingers than resolving issues and it's a systemic problem across the board as opposed to a few individuals. I live in Tampa FL now but I'm willing to relocate anywhere in the US if I could find a company with a strong positive culture. I'm actually good at my job (tbh it was a surprise to me) but have a very hard time dealing with incompetence or petty agendas. Anybody know of any great places to work from personal experience?
