Youre showing up as a yellow star, level 2, so you should already be able to. Posting this question might have been what pushed you up a level if you couldnt send them before.

In your profile, go down til you see the list of your stats and your yellow star. Click there to find the levels page and a description of what perks you get at which levels. Itll tell ya how many points everything is worth but really the points don't matter much. The first 4 or 5 levels go really quickly if you browse around, make a few like-worthy comments and post about what youre passionate about. Welcome
