it's not an instant process. this site is probably good for dating despite the impatience of the folks who complain that it's not, and i'll tell you why: the community part gives you a chance to get to know people before trying to get intimate with them. you can see what they think and how they express themselves on a range of topics, not just the topic of whether they want to fall in love with each other! you get to LIKE people and that's a good basis for getting to know them better and find out HOW you like them, in what way, how much, and all that. so i highly recommend using the community side of this site for that purpose, and also because it's just plain interesting,and you may find yourself getting to know people -- slowly, the way it should be!
