Throughout the years, cigarettes have been synonymous with the 'tough guy' persona. However, its takes a tougher person to quit than it takes to continue smoking.
True that. I switched to vaping this year n feel so much better already. My goal next year will be to quit vaping but due to the sporadic nature of when I have the liberty to take a puff without finishing a whole cig, it will be much easier to finish putting down than cigs were. I already go half the day n forget I have the thing pretty often.
Did you start with the nicotine vape juice? Or something like a juul? I've been considering switching over recently... My mom and her boyfriend we're trying to quit by vaping, but it didn't take for them (I suspect they didn't really want to, though).
@Minta79 I got one of the bigger box mods with extra batteries and a huge tank because I was a heavy smoker n wanted to ensure that I wasnt running out of supplies. The jules still use nicotine vape juice as far as Im aware but yeah theyre disposable cartridges that you can't refill. Mine just has replacable coils in the tank that need replacing every few days, seems much more cost effective in the long run. Its a little bit of an investment at first but once you find a reliable model the juice and coils to keep running it are way cheaper than my pack (sometimes pack n a half) a day habit. And I can smell things/breathe through my nose again yay!
