Wanking it to an anime character isn’t perverted as far as I’m concerned. You’re not hurting anybody! They aren’t real!
As long as you don't start calling real people '3D pigs.'
I think when cartoon characters start to look "hot" to you, it has been too long since you have had sex with a real person. That is not beign judgemental, but rather from personal experience. A long tiem ago, I was watching "King of the Hill", and Joseph took off his shirt, and my first thought was "Wow he looks good", and my second thought was "Ir's been way too long since I have had sex."
There us a great, old Vonnegut short story in which as we, earthlings, expand into space and meet different aliens with unusual customs, make our first ambassadors folks who are gleaned from the populations of those with non usual tastes (My favorite example: a planet where the intelligent life forms sniff each other's butts)
Hmmmmmm. It might be against (I don't know for sure) the federal criminal code to possess or view child-porn-like anime. I trust that you are staying clear of something like that.
But then again, masturbation to non-deviant pictures and videos doesn't hurt anyone either. So I am concerned that you specifically pointed out anime as "not hurting anybody."
I am not a therapist, and I guess I am not qualified to comment any further.
That has already been fought in court, with differing results: someone never convicted of child molestation/ porn / etc has first amendment rights to possess writings and drawings of unreal or created characters. However, in at least one other separate case, a convicted pedophile was resentenced to prison for a parole violation for having around written material, even though it was fictional.
Is it considered perverse because of their age?
If so, does wanking to them indicate an issue?
Questions, no judgment included.
If so, what about the porn sites that use young looking, but of age, women? Should those that visit be punished? Personally, I may be old school, but having taught 22 years including some college I have always felt getting involved with your students, even if peers by age, is immoral.
