Finnish civilians are not allowed “to possess automatic firearms, disguised firearms, [or] armor piercing and incendiary ammunition.” As for the guns that Finnish civilians can legally possess, they are heavily regulated with gun owners required to acquire a license through a lengthy process. Nothing like the US at all where even mentally ill people can posses guns.
