Deuteronomy 23:1 states "He that is wounded in the stones, or hath his privy member cut off, shall not enter into the congregation of the Lord."
Now, I don't know about you, but if I was bent over in agony because my "privy member" had been cut off, I'm pretty sure I wouldn't be able to walk, let alone walk into a church.
