Why is the County Attorney dragging their feet? This was already supposed to go to court like a month ago. I had 3 others that got time off of work to go with me. I was not required to go, but the CA said that if I didn't show, it'd more than likely be thrown out. A couple days before the court date I got a call from vines, said to now show up because the date was going to be moved. They said that they would know when the next date would be on the 4th of this month. I still have not heard shit from them. Rather than calling them I decided to just wait 'till they call. Reason being is he is out of jail on bond. If he so much as farts wrong, he's going back to jail. I was best friends with this guy, and I'm sure he will fuck up before trial. I want this over and done already. However one that is going to court with me won't be back in the US till the 22nd. Watch they'll want to go to trial next week. I'll ask for a continuance.

I want my damn clothes back I was wearing that day. They said it'd be 60 days after the trial I'd get them back. A friend of mine's wife works for the state, and said they are trying to trump up the charges. He has a very damn long wrap sheet. I don't know if that is true, or if they are waiting for DNA evidence. The police tracked me down, not the other way. The police sgt has been on my ass to prosocute him for a few years. Called me once, then asked me once in person when I was getting fuel. I was told that the current judge (who is leinent) is being replaced by two judges that are more strict. But when I went to get the restraining order extended, it was the same judge.

I've mentioned this before, and it is just tearing my inside out waiting to see what happens. If he gets jail, he might get as little as 6 mons, might be out in as little as 3 mons. If it turns into a felony, life. I need to know what the fuck is going on. If he gets a short jail sentence, he'll come out with a vengance, and will try and kill me. Really.
