I had a full ACL reconstruction on a knee and couldn't wear heels for a year. Now, if her 'knee surgery' was a minimally invasive tendon scraping or the such, she'd be fine in those shoes but also certainly not needing the crutch. After all, a crutch is used to minimize weight bearing or improve stability and I'd expect an Ivy League woman such as herself to understand that ANY type of heel is working against both objectives. Some people are only smart on paper.

@BufftonBeotch I don't see that...I see him trying to help her move along quickly to escape the mob. I could be wrong...but....she's there for a reason and I think it's not up to me to blame her for anything.
All the photos and videos I've been able to turn up and scrutinize do not support this notion of her in high heels. As far as I can tell, Samantha Cohen was wearing boots with ordinary heels during that walk.
