I love toast.. but rarely because of the carbs and only butter non of that fake crap.

I’d prefer a toasted bagel... Onion, preferably, with cream cheese, lox, capers, and just a sprinkling of dill.

I REALLY like toasted Enhlish muffins, but have to minimize my bread intake (doc's orders).
