RECRUITER COMPANIES AND H R PERSONNEL DEPARTMENTS NAME AND SHAME
Even a brief search on the internet will show a abysmal looking roster of consistent complaints.
lets type "human resource departments are...." and the remaining searches come back as shit, evil, scum, worthless, pointless, doing nothing, a joke....the list just goes on. To nobodys surprise there are also warnings about them such as wasting everyones time and only creating work for themselves with a variety of cases cited. One person told me they loath the happy workers who intend to keep their careers simply because if people are not being moved between departments then there is no point in a recruiter, thats why so many people have a series of jobs instead of the same source of livlihood.
I can testify against their scum approach and unprofessional conduct. Some of these idiots once told me along with plenty of other people not to come in to the office which means they get to charge the placement fee to a client while not paying the workers salary and just keeping it for themselves. Adecco used that tactic repeatedly.
When I found out what some of these temping agencies were charging by the hour, I almost pissed my own pants on the spot. double, tripple, or even four fold my own salary was being used as a "management fee" by a seperate company that had wormed its way into the administration of someone elses. for two years equivalent I was working almost full time through a couple of these companies and I calculated they effectively charged a small fortune just from me being there without being sent at all thanks to the timecard login system sending the bill everytime i arrived at work.
Anyone else have some serious hatemail about their experience with subcontractors and recruiters? I bet you do
What’s this have to do with politics?
This is posted in the wrong category.
this site does not have a social or economy category unfortunately. the admins should get onto that
@loudshirt use the “General “ category then. Posting in the wrong group isn’t the answer.
Also, if you have a suggestion, make a post under “Site and Customer Service”.
@SkotlandSkye is it possible to change category once posted?
@loudshirt Yes click on edit and then change the category.
