I like to experiment with baking, I’m looking for some inspiration for making a new recipe. Recently I made a tart that is like a bite of fruit cobbler with ice cream. Looking for something of a mash up or something completely new.
Why don't you try some whiskey (or rum) balls, pecan pie with whiskey, or some whiskey fudge? Everything is better with bacon and whiskey, but whiskey is much more versatile. BTW...you're only a couple hours away from Jackson - so howdy neighbor!!!
@Donotbelieve Nah...try a cheesecake with topped with moonshine infused blueberries. We actually put local blueberries in the blueberry flavored moonshine we distill. You can get drunk, and have a serving of fruit! You're happy, and so is your doctor for eating a balanced diet! Win WIn!!!
@Donotbelieve Mmmm...we also do a peach and a peach cinnamon, as well as an apple pie! Fruit should be healthy and fun IMO!
I am sending you the rugelach recipes I am using. The only difference is that I have dried cherries for the filling this year. You can use any fruit/nut combination you fancy. it all works. The dough is a pleasure to work with, and if you make pizza, this will look very familiar

Chocolate bread.......... pretty good. There are recipes, I just mixed up my levened dough and added extra sugar and cocoa. I still mix by hand. My 37 year old son says I embarrass him when I use latex gloves. My drop from real old school.
I’ll have to give that a try. I have a favorite yeast dough recipe I like to experiment with so that will be interesting to try
@Giomar I sent some last year to my daughter. She gave it a rating of yummy. I just happen to have some in the oven now. Added some cinnamon with the cocoa for my cinnamon freak son. It's genetic I hear
@Beowulfsfriend I was just thinking earlier about trying cinnamon
