It invokes visions of rebellion when you wake up one morning and realize you are but slaves to the corporations that control everything you do, everything you eat, every dollar you make and in the interest of the dollar, its the corporations that want the dollar or any monetary system to continue. Even when the people rebel the corporations win. But there is a way to break away and take the underground railway to freedom.
Money is power, power is control. Who ever controls the money will control the people. There will always be greed and corruption . There is a plan in the works now were they are trying to implant microchips in the hand of everyone as the new currency as well as i.d. and all other info.
Iโm guessing here. To escape corporate America I could move to Canada onto an island in a large lake. I could eat moose and fish and grow green vegetables and potatoes. I could heat with wood and write creative stories to earn a little cash.
It sounds very inviting except that I am too old to do that. Would I be lonely?
Since my modest retirement fund is invested in stocks and bonds, I am those evil corporations of which you speak.
You can not escape my clutches. Suffer.
I'm sorry to be to one to tell you this but no, you're not a corporation. Normally I wouldn't see a reason to respond to such an obviously ridiculous point but I'm under the impression that you are seriously thinking that. Again, sorry to ruin your delusions of grandeur, I still wish you a happy new year among us mere non-corporation mortals!
@Dietl Itโs true that I am not a corporation. However, corporations are owned by the shareholders and that makes me part owner.
Corporations are formed to accomplish tasks too large for individuals. Thereโs nothing sinister about business organizations in general.
And I also wish for you a great New Year!
