It's a fascinating world when people think it's ok to treat people that way.

I've seen my BIL rehash conversations he's had with kitchen staff - and I wanted to say "And if that was your kid in that kitchen?". But he doesn't go over the top and he has had good points and doesn't go for the screaming matches I hear tales of.

I wish more people were fair minded about how they treat others. I know I never take crap out on others in the real world. It's just not the place.
Not yelling at people really is an option most of the time.
There is a higher road.

Now if someone is truly terrible? Yes I will say something for sure.
