In Florida at this time of year the only people not wearing shorts are people who have lived here a while. (Me - 37 years) I’m cold.

I’m in SC and it’s cold here.

I saw the photos on this site of men wearing shorts in winter in Canada. I've always been amazed at women wearing very little on cold days but I guess it's about looks. Maybe the men are doing the same thing. Brrr!
