I like to think I have a pretty robust sense of humour, but that did not make me laugh. I've seen the effects of substance abuse in my own family, & have almost paid with my life to help my brother. Not cool, dude.
I want to begun to brew my own Kombucha when I get settled. I drink it on daily basis which can be quite expensive. How difficult is it to make?

Quite easy. There's a FB group named Kombucha Brewers Worldwide that is an excellent resource.
I did make my own for a while & it really saved money, but I couldn't use it up fast enough before it got too sour. What is the smallest batch you can make? I'd enjoy starting brewing it again....

As small as you like. I brew 3 litres a week., which makes five 500ml bottles once starter for the next batch is removed.
Sounds really good and looks appealing too.
