Sounds like you don’t read them because a-you’ve already judged those members as unworthy/not interesting enough for you and b-in your arrogance, you don’t value the opinions of others.

‘They already know who they are’: you mean, they are mind-readers who know they add nothing yet comment to you anyway, perhaps to irritate you? Or, they know who they are as people and their comments hold nothing for you(in your judgement)?
