I don't see anything on SNOPES about Nathan Phillips's false account of what happened from 1:07 to 1:26 on this video. And why use SNOPES anyway? You can see what happened with your own eyes. Phillips told lie after lie after lie about what happed in that time window.

Did you even watch the video from 1:20 to 1:26? The Catholic Christians weren't the least bit afraid of them or aggressive towards them. the Black Hebrew Israelites weren't the least bit afraid of the kids or aggressive towards them. After Phillips and his group left, the kids circled around the Black Hebrew Israelite guy for 6 minutes listening to him spout his BS. They weren't scared of the Black Hebrew Israelites, and neither group threatened the other. Phillips entire story about intervening to save the Black Hebrew Israelites was 100% false.
I would say whoever came up with this shit is the bullshit artist. SMH....

One could say two sides......................but that man did nothing. Don't be a dick. He was there for other reasons. Let's say the kids were afraid of the BLACK Muslims, okay, why accost another guy? Instead of standing their ground, the chickenshits ran off to find someone else. And face it, there are a shitload of photos showing that school's racism. Seems you may need to think your racism. It is pointing out of you. And that man served the military. Of course only white men can be patriots according to the new world order of Trump. BTW, Stone is going to jail. How many trumpies is it now?
One 11-minute video of the confrontation shows the Haka dance and students loudly chanting before Phillips and Frejo approached them. The footage doesn't show any black person being being heckled, but one black man with a camera smiles as he shoots footage of the group.
Frejo said he joined Phillips to defuse the situation, singing the anthem from the American Indian Movement with both men beating out the tempo on hand drums.
Although he feared a mob mentality that could turn ugly, Frejo said he was at peace singing despite the scorn. He briefly felt something special happen as they repeatedly sang the tune.
"They went from mocking us and laughing at us to singing with us. I heard it three times," Frejo said. "That spirit moved through us, that drum, and it slowly started to move through some of those youths."
Eventually a calm fell over the group of students and they broke up and walked away.
"When I was there singing, I heard them saying 'Build that wall, build that wall,'" Phillips said, as he wiped away tears in a video posted on Instagram. "This is indigenous lands. We're not supposed to have walls here. We never did."

He told The Washington Post that while he was drumming, he thought about his wife, Shoshana, who died of bone marrow cancer nearly four years ago, and the threats that indigenous communities around the world are facing.
"I felt like the spirit was talking through me," Phillips said.
State Rep. Ruth Buffalo, a North Dakota state lawmaker and member of the Mandan, Hidatsa and Arikara Nation, said she was saddened to see students showing disrespect to an elder who is also a U.S. military veteran at what was supposed to be a celebration of all cultures.
"The behavior shown in that video is just a snapshot of what indigenous people have faced and are continuing to face," Buffalo said.
U.S. Rep. Deb Haaland, D-New Mexico, who is a member of the Pueblo of Laguna and had been at the rally earlier in the day, used Twitter to sharply criticize what she called a "heartbreaking" display of "blatant hate, disrespect, and intolerance."
Haaland, who is also Catholic, told AP she was particularly saddened to see the boys mocking an elder, who is revered in Native American culture. She placed some of the blame on President Donald Trump, who has used Indian names like Pocahontas as an insult.

Phillips is a violent criminal who went AWOL 3 times, never once received a promotion during his time in his Marines, was never deployed in Vietnam, and was not "honorably discharged" from the marines. If you watch the videos, you can see the entire account he gave to the media was 100% false.
This is almost like you believe in Santa Claus. I bring you to the North Pole, show you it's the North Pole on a GPS device. Show you there aren't any magic reindeer or elves building toys there, and you still insist on believing in Santa Claus.

In his own teenage years and early 20s, Phillips, using his adoptive name Nathaniel R. Stanard, was charged with escaping from prison, assault, and several alcohol-related crimes, according to local news reports at the time from his hometown of Lincoln, Neb.
Phillips, who was 19 at the time, was “charged with escaping from the Nebraska Penal Complex where he was confined May 3,” according to a May 9, 1974, article in the Lincoln Star. The court approved a bond of $500 and set a preliminary hearing for May 14.
Later that year, Phillips pleaded guilty to assault and was fined $200. He also was charged with underage possession of alcohol in 1972, 1973 and 1975, as well as negligent driving, the Examiner reported.
In August 1973, a charge of destruction of property against him was dropped, but he was sentenced to a year of probation for a related charge of alcohol possession by a minor.
In December 1978, Phillips was charged with driving without a license.
Phillips was charged on March 9, 2004 in Mohave, Arizona for driving at a speed greater than reasonable or prudent, and for failure to produce evidence of financial responsibility. He was then charged with No Mandatory Insurance on July 4, 2004. On all three charges, the disposition is recorded as “Failure To Appear.”
And no I'm not afraid of brown people. My girlfriend is brown. She was born in the Phillipines.
I've also played in basketball leagues with lots of current or former Division 1 basketball players. Most of them were African American. I wasn't afraid of them either. I wish I could still play like that, but that's another story.
