Seems Debbie Wasserman Shultz, who was forced to resign as head of DNC for rigging primaries, is at the forefront of bring democracy to Venezuela. What could possibly go wrong?
Isn't it great to see democrats and republicans work as one? Seems they do take foreign interference seriously.
There's a line from one of the mob movies.
"We didn't think of it as stealing. They were just holding what was ours in the first place."
That pretty much explains our foreign policy.
It's heartening to see a country care so much about lesser countries when its own is in such difficulties.
The world has never been happier since America abandoned the Monroe Doctrine. That's why we say 'God Bless America'.
@powder I was just using my usual way of venting frustration through sarcasm. But here’s some details for anyone reading who isn’t familiar with it:
Monroe (1823) made four basic points: (1) the United States would not interfere in the internal affairs of or the wars between European powers; (2) the United States recognized and would not interfere with existing colonies and dependencies in the Western Hemisphere; (3) the Western Hemisphere was closed to future colonization; and (4) any attempt by a European power to oppress or control any nation in the Western Hemisphere would be viewed as a hostile act against the United States.
So WW1 would be the most glaring place because it broke article 1 of the Declaration. But the webpage I looked at states that as early as ‘1904 the Roosevelt Corollary to the Monroe Doctrine asserted the U.S. role as policeman of the Western Hemisphere and its right to involve itself in the affairs of Latin American countries’.
Bastards claim they want to bring "democracy" to Venezuela, but then they proclaim some guy as president who was never elected . . . . that's hypocrisy for you . . .
If that is so, then they should have provided a constitutional reason why they did it, we all know why they didn't . . . . he is a puppet, nothing more.
That cheating bitch needs to just go away forever!
