Has anyone else started vaping in lieu of or in addition to smoking cigarettes? I’ve recently changed to vaping but find I do enjoy a real smoke once in awhile. Opinions?

I smoked. even considered myself a considerate smoker, when there is no such thing. Shen I was 44 I had the big one. Pain wave over 10 as being the worst. About 12 hours I was locked in the pain until the cardiologist was called to the hospital. He looked at my EKG and said this woman's had a heart attack. He was getting ready to leave. He gave me a med. I was out 2 days.I cried because I slept through Easter. LOL. I call 1992, the year of the heart, $ heart caths, 2 angios, and 1 bypass. The took my cigarettes fro me in ER. The doctor said quit or die young. The choice is yours. I was in ICU for 2 weeks on patches. My parents came when I got out hospital. My mom thought I was going to die from the patches. I quit after 3 weeks, and still do not smoke. s a matter of fact, I cannot tolerate the smell. So Me nd cigarettes don't make good partners. Yuck..

I started vaping a couple of years back. For the first six months or so I still got cravings for a cigarette and had one from time to time, but I gradually found I much preferred to vape - and in time, after 25 years+ of smoking, I've now given up tobacco completely.
