Given the sheer multitude of American politicians that have cited promptings from God as the cause for their presidential candidacy (and lost), I can see why citing it's support AFTER the election would appear more legitimate....

@DenoPenno Since there is no evidence for the existence of ANY god(s), and therefor god(s) does not exist, it is pretty easy to say what a none existent god does or doesn't do or want and of course it always does or wants to do the same thing YOU want to do.
