It’s an excellent book. The plot line is well crafted. The characters leap right off the page. They are vivid and true to life if not just a little bit wooden. I found the subplots to be meticulously detailed. The only problem I had was that the cat kept messing up the tiles as I neared the end of the book. Consequently, I was left with a number of unused blanks and no ending. My one complaint is that,like War and Peace, the book is devoid of punctuation.
