Hmmmm. I don't understand why this would be politically incorrect. There is no political statement whatsoever in this joke. It makes no moral or political judgment on teachers, children or genitalia. Just because a subject might make some of us feel "uncomfortable" doesn't mean it is politically incorrect. The overuse of the "pc" waters it down to something far less meaningful and subject to frivolous attacks.
