Trash been a Problem thru all History... it is just never represented in the hollywood versions... Paris, London, Rome were some of the Filthiest Places ever!!!!! Trash Problems never brought up to the Front. All those cities Worked Hard for many years to solve those problems so NYC just like ameriKKKa is Young with a lot of History and Trash to be Resolved and Humans will need to be Reminded.
