Jesus Christ! Is this in USA? Sorry but I have no idea if Bristol MA is usa. I've heard of Bristol in the UK. Anyway I can't believe this atrocity is happening to the most vulnerable in our community. I am hoping this is just a one off occurance and not widespread across the country.
