How do you feel when you exchange numbers with someone who you've talked with for a while stopped talking to you after the exchange?
It's still perplexing to me. Like why waste all that time talking to then just cease everything in one shot.
Human behavior is the reason I don't like relationships nor do I try very hard to have them by its very nature the human species is batshit crazy
Maybe they found someone else? That's all I can guess except that they just found out they aren't into you anymore? When they stop calling, I wish they would just tell you that they don't want to talk anymore. Some people are really busy, I understand that. Just let me know so I can move on. Especially when they say they will call.
I get it. I still wonder what is going on. I have come to the conclusion l am not very good at this online shit. I really hate this form of communication.
@KissedbySun I stay on site because it is more than a dating site, and l have given thought to leaving, because it is getting redundant. I have really only had extended messaging with maybe four people. Two of those turned into a period of long phone calls. One got uncomfortable for me , so l ended it. The other one, we decided to be friends as the age difference was a problem, and l think she is ghosting me. The ones where there has been extended messaging just seem to run out of gas because it is just to difficult to have a real conversation. Questions get ignored. Subjects get changed for no reason. I live in a town of about three thousand people. There is no dating pool. It is a dating puddle, so l hope maybe something might happen for me here. Sorry, I didn't mean to ramble.
It is never a waste of time to talk to anyone. Maybe they needed an ear of an anonymous person for I minute. I think this site is an excellent sounding board to express ideas without judgement. It's nice to just listen.
You sure? Cause that time could've used for other things or other people.
@JurassicT4 unless you try you don't know
