Oh i forgot that recently ousted democratic senator claire mccaskill was joining msnbc. some people thought she wasn't progressive enough, and i am way more progressive than most folks i meet anyway but STILL i have always liked her. her comments, along with rachel maddows' and those of others gathered around to comment on the state of the union address (a real horror, except for pelosi's presence, the white attire of female democrats, and adam schiff's barely repressed giggle) are apt and heartfelt. she's real. she's not speaking from a script; she feels what she says. by the time i click submit post on this, stacy abrams will be halfway through her rebuttal. i'm listening but i will stop typing now to listen better.
